LA gig update – Trio!

Folks,

An update for the LA show at Molly Malone’s!

Performing now as a trio with great players: Timothy Lefebvre on bass and Steve Hass on drums… These brothers are friends of mine from NYC who have transplanted to the LA scene. Guess I have more friends in LA than I thought! …. hoping to meet a lot more folks!

Solo German Mini-Tour

Playing in LA August 24

Folks,

I’ll be playing for the first time as an artist in LA coming up! I’ve played in LA many times as a sideman for various artists. I remember the very first gig I ever did in LA was at the Staples Center with Thalia. I remember thinking to myself that it wasn’t a bad LA introduction! Ha ha. Anywho, please bring your friends come enjoy some cool music! cheers!

Vienna Raleigh Day

More photos!

This is the cultural experience I had while in Vienna. No museums, no philharmonic concerts… just good old fashioned dust in the mouth and melting tires. Thanks to Andreas Wimmer for the invite. We had a great time and I learned a lot from teacher and racing champion Manfred Stohl. Sorry about crashing the car… all in good days learning! Cut the corner a bit too sharp… Next time will be sure to drift the car before the turn… not bad though for one day of driving.. ha ha ha…

Kim Kennedy photos

My brother Kim Kennedy  took these photos of the David Garrett band in Boston (October 2009), a few months before he got sick. He passed away during the tour this spring on May 20th. I’m just remembering him today. The website http://everybodysbrother.com was created to help raise funds for his wife Marina and six year old daughter, Misha.
